The National Archives (Dublin)

This gallery showcases manuscripts held by the National Archives (Dublin) including one of the oldest records in the collection, the medieval exchequer memoranda roll of 1309/10. Also included is a volume that sustained a shrapnel wound in the bombardment of 1922 and salved records which, though damaged, survived the 1922 fire and are currently undergoing conservation assessment in a parallel project funded by the Irish Manuscripts Commission.
